Do you realise that rotting timbers, woodworm damage, rising damp, leaking roofs and cellars etc. are not covered under your Buildings Insurance as they are considered 'gradual deterioration'?

Even when repairs or treatments have been carried out, they are still uninsured on your buildings and contents insurance. CGS was formed to help fill this gap. Our list of contractors will carry out treatment or repairs in many specialist areas from waterproofing your cellar to treatment against woodworm, but more important than this, their guarantee can be insured for up to 20yrs (see policies under literature for more details), if they cease trading for any reason.
